I purchased this tower fan about a month ago to replace an old, noisy box fan in my bedroom.Setting it up was incredibly easy, and I had it running and the controls figured out in no time. I absolutely love the functionality of this fan, especially the multiple settings. It oscillates, has 4 speeds, a timer, and the display light automatically turns off after a minute or so. The best part is that you can turn off the sound for the beeps when changing speeds or settings. The remote is a game-changer; I can control everything from the comfort of my bed. The fan speeds vary well, and it moves air around my room even when standing still. I've placed it on my dresser, and it effectively cools my entire room.
A month or two later, the fan started making a weird bird chirping sound, which became more frequent and louder. I contacted customer support, and after sending in a video and some facts, they quickly resolute I needed a replacement. After a month or two of having the fan, it started to make a weird sound--like a bird chirping. It was happening sporadically,but it was becoming more frequent and louder. I reached out to customer service and after sending in a video and some information, it was determined I'd need a replacement fan. Tina was quick to respond to my issue, and quick to help me resolve it. She was very polite, and honestly it was super easy to make the claim. My replacement was shipped out ASAP, and they did not need me to send the fan back (although I would have if it was necessary). It's hard to find companies with solid customer support, so Dreo gets 5 stars for their awesome fan and customer forward mindset. Noise aside, the fan is wonderful and I'd definitely buy another Dreo fan in the future. Highly recommend!
